Eighty-eight years ago, seven ordinary people pooled their savings in order to help neighbors in need. From this charitable act, Minnco Credit Union was born. Today, with seven offices, over $500 million in assets, and over 31,000 members, Minnco continues to be guided by the principle of People Helping People.
Minnco, like other credit unions, is a not-for-profit financial cooperative. We offer similar products and services to those found at banks, but that’s where the similarities end. Instead of making decisions that enrich bank stockholders, we make decisions that benefit you, our members/owners.

For 88 years, we’ve helped tens of thousands of people enjoy a better life. We’ve supported small business through tough times, ensuring their doors remained open. And we’ve invested both volunteer labor and money into organizations and initiatives that improve the communities we serve.
We’ve accomplished much in our 88 years, but we aren’t resting on our laurels.
