We have received calls from members stating that they have had calls or messages on their home and cell phone numbers that their account may be interupted or denied and to please call a 1-800 or 1-877 number. They are being asked to enter their account number or card number. These calls are NOT from Minnco Credit Union. We DO NOT call members and ask them for their personal account information.

IDSafeChoice Reminder
You may have noticed a charge of $1.25 on your monthly statement for something called IDSafeChoice. This is for the theft recovery service that Minnco implemented on all checking accounts. In order to offer this valuable service at the lowest possible cost, Minnco had to auto-enroll all checking accounts. If you wish to decline this service, please call and tell us you want to opt-out of the program. We will cancel your service and promptly remove up to nine months of charges.
