IMPORTANT NOTICE!
NEW CREDIT CARDS!
(This affects CREDIT CARDS only; not CHECK CARDS)

In a perfect world you received your new Visa credit card(s) earlier this month and read the accompanying insert and knew that you should activate your new card last Sunday and destroy your old one. However, if you overlooked the mailing and the newsletter article (which we understand can happen) and you’re wondering why your credit card no longer works, please keep reading.

On Sunday, October 25, Minnco switched to a new credit card processor. At that time your "old" or "existing" credit card stopped working. The new card that was mailed to you in mid-October can now be activated and used. This new card will have the same account number as your old one but will come with a different PIN. It will also have a different expiration date and a different 3 digit security code on the back. The new card will work as soon as you activate it. However, depending on how you use your card, there may be additional steps to take related to recurring charges or automatic payments. Please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions.

Please note: as of October 23, your card history will no longer be stored on ezcardinfo (www.ezcardinfo.com). In order to access future card activity on your new card, please register at www.GoToMyCard.com.

If you did not receive a replacement card (or the PIN mailing, which was mailed separately for security purposes), call Minnco at 763-689-1071. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience during this conversion and appreciate your understanding.
